The holes on my rims are too deep and my fingers are too big. I can't thread short lug nuts on without taking off my gloves. I got tired of fumbling with a deep socket or a shallow with an extension, so this is my solution. A non-marring thumb drive socket.

The sockets fit easily over nuts; as there is ~.25mm oversize to the socket. The 6-lobe design is forgiving for tolerances and more than strong enough for this purpose. There is an internal pocket for a pair of 10x3mm round magnets to be added during the print. Two magnets can hold a long lug nut. This isn't for getting nuts more than finger tight, but it'll let you keep gloves on for tire changes.

Designed around 0.4mm nozzle and .2mm layers. 3 walls and 15% fill is plenty strong and only 16g. Print open-end up. Add a pause for the magnets @ ~42mm.

This is my V2. Went from hex to lobe, for ease of fit. Increased the knurling and added the debossed size number.
