One of the first lithophanes I made was the Mona Lisa (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41091). Any picture can be converted to a lithophane with various tools, often free.
A bas relief is different, it's basically a 2.5D version of an image and normally not easy to make without sculpting. Bambu Lab released an online tool on Maker World that can convert images to bas reliefs so I tried it.
I added two versions, one without and one with the option to hang on the wall using a nail or screw.
