Percussion snap cap for black powder revolver

This model is bigger and thicker than other snap cap models i found online.
It has 2mm of material between the hammer and the nipple.
Because of it's size it is possible it is not compatible with some black powder revolvers. Chech the picture with model dimensions.
They fit Uberti Colt 1851 Navy in .36 caliber.

I designed it with TPE in mind. That's why the internal diameter might be a little small if printed from solid filaments.
In the hindsight black color seems to be the worse color to choose for printing the snap caps as it is hard to see if they are on.

This is an experiment.
After a dozen or so strikes on each cap they show sign of wear. I'm not sure how long they will survive or what's the best material to print them.

Make sure revolver is unloaded and safe before using.
