So maybe you thought about getting a Type 2 to Schuko adapter on AliExpress for less than 30€ to charge your E-Bike at public charging stations that don't offer a Schuko port but a Type 2 Mennekes.

Well with this simple addon you can glue on top the charging stations requiring to lock the port in place can actually do that and enable you to charge at every station.
 

Glue the side with the thin layer at the locking holes to the adapter. Check the images if unsure.
