Meshtastic Xiao ESP32S3 Wio-SX1262 Case
Description
PDFI make a few tweaks to this great case to fit my requirements. Additional parts required:
500mAh battery approx 39x17x9mm
Slide switch 19.5x6mm
4x 2mm hex head bolts and heat inserts (I just pushed them it)
Belt clip
2.5mm hex head bolts for the belt clip, plus washers and heat inserts (I pulled them in by tightening the bolts)
Model origin
The author remixed this model.
Differences of the remix compared to the original
- Removed external antenna port
- Added a battery switch
- Added a belt clip
- Added a bevel to the screen
- Changed to 2mm screws and inserts
- Removed a few areas to allow for battery wires on the bottom of the ESP module, and to make space for the belt clip and antenna wires
- Made the button slightly larger to better fit the hole
