Case for sun clip for glasses

I was looking for a compact case for my clip-on sunglasses, but most cases were too big, mostly for the glasses themselves. 

So I decided to print a custom case. The case is just one clip and fits discreetly in my trouser pocket where I hardly even know it's there.

I've been testing the case for almost a year now. The blue Victron is made of PLA. The orange and black Cobra Kai are made of PETG.

I was on holiday in Egypt with both versions and they are still in perfect condition. I don't notice any differences between the PLA and PETG versions. Both are still flexible and the hinge shows no signs of wear. My daughter has the orange case to play with and it still holds up.

I uploaded 4 versions:

Basic without insert for magnets - so you can insert magnets as negative volume depending on what magnets you have available.

Basic - without picture where the locations for magnets are prepared. You stick one magnet on the lid and insert the other into the body of the package using the pause during printing.

Victron and Cobra Kai - I printed two-color on the Prusa mini+ by adding a second extruder in the slicer. I set the first extruder for the logo color and when switching to the second one I added a color change and when printing it just changed the color and printed the rest.

Because the hinge is printed from a single layer of filament, it is ideal to remove the print from the bed while the bed is still warm. If I let it cool down, the hinge cracked when I removed it.

I printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.2mm layer height. I only printed the Cobra Kai version with a 0.2mm nozzle for better detail.

magnet used for insert into print is 10mm diameter and 2mm wide. and magnet on lid is  10mm diameter and 1mm wide

PS: I know that the Cobra Kai logo is not original, but even when I used a 0.2mm nozzle, I couldn't print it. After all, at a size of 5cm, the details of the Cobra were too small. So I let my imagination run wild and this is the result I'm happy with.
