Kabelbinder Platte für Dexion; Cable tie mount for Dexion

Kabelbinder Montageplatte für Dexion Profile oder ähnliche Lochwinkelprofile.
Die Platte wird in ein Langloch des Profils eingesteckt und um 90° verdreht. Als Verdrehhilfe gibt es noch einen passenden Schlüssel dazu.
Als Grundlage dienten vier verschiedene Winkelprofile von Dexion und anderen Herstellern.
Nomenklatur der Dateinamen:
S steht für die Dicke / Stärke in Zehntelmillimeter des Profils.
(S18 = 1,8mm)
L steht für die Länge des Langloches in Zehntelmillimeter
(L140 = 14mm)
Beim Abmessen des Dicke des Profils auch den Grat der Stanzung berücksichtigen.
Die Platte wird am besten aufrecht stehend mit Stützmaterial gedruckt siehe letztes Bild.

Cable tie mounting plate for Dexion profiles or similar perforated angle profiles.
The plate is inserted into a slotted hole in the profile and rotated 90°. A matching wrench is included to aid in rotation.
Four different angle profiles from Dexion and other manufacturers served as the basis.
File name nomenclature:
S stands for the thickness of the profile in tenths of a millimeter.
(S18 = 1.8 mm)
L stands for the length of the slotted hole in tenths of a millimeter.
(L140 = 14 mm)
When measuring the thickness of the profile, also consider the burr of the punching.
The plate is best printed upright with support material (see last image).
