Use the notched connectors to prevent rotation. Include single and double connector versions. Double version comes with a short mount. Secure with a piece of filament: align the connector with the face of the print, make sure the connector it is not sitting proud of the finished surface. A piece of 28-30mm, 1.75mm diameter filament will slide right through. 

The filament won't work if you mount the roll pins on the connector - but inserting the filament will act as a roll pin itself.

Bulkhead hole: 30mm, thru.

  • Chamfered back flange on the nut (mine broke twice in PLA, this seems to hold)
