Spiggytech Scratchbuilt Glock Sight Drift Tool

[WIP!] This is the trial run of my own scratch-built sight tool. 

The original design started to crack on an aftermarket slide, which brought me to scratch-build the design with more meat and more gripping power. This design is the product of that brainstorm. 

Included in the packet are the components for building the sight tool, as well as adding STEP files for those of you wanting to fit a sight drift to your favorite rear sight. 

BOM: 

• 3/8-16 Hex Head Bolt, 3in length minimum. 3.25in Also works
• #6 Flat Washer for the slider, stack two together for bearing effect. 

I recommend a dab of oil or grease on the rear sight to make your job easier.

Print Instructions:

For some reason PLA is stupid good in this process. ASA/ABS works. You might be able to get one use out of PETG+

• Frame: 75% Gyroid, +6 wall. Add supports to the screw holes. Print ON side up
• Slider: 100% Rectilinear +6 wall is fine. Add supports to the washer holes and overhang. Print on flat
• Handle: 25% Gyroid, +6 wall works OR 20% Hex, -all top & bottom layers so it looks sexy. Print with the hexagon pointed up.
• (Optional) Print it 100% infill. I'm not your manager.
