This is a 3D printable replica of a retro tangram game. The design is inspired by a classic puzzle originally developed by the now-defunct Spanish toy company, Juegos Vilpa.

Juegos Vilpa was a company known for producing a range of skill and ingenuity games, such as various puzzles, "el diamante bicolor," construction sets, and "los cubos locos" (crazy cubes), primarily using plastic. They also manufactured items like piggy banks, naval battle games, and toy kitchen sets.

This 3D printable project includes:

  • Exact replicas of all seven tangram pieces.
  • A model for a box to store the pieces.
  • A scanned copy of an original instruction leaflet (see photos), which shows 50 different models that can be created with these tangram pieces.

Printing Recommendations:

  • No supports are needed for any of the parts.
  • We suggest printing the box using transparent filament so you can see the pieces inside, but this is entirely optional.

This is shared for anyone who enjoys retro puzzles or is interested in this style of game.
