Nami Burn-E led 12V headlight 2x10W visor

This is visor for 2x10W headlight which is used also for Nami Burn-e e-scooter. (Also called as "Work light 12V" on Aliexpress. When you switch lens from original 6D floodlight to 2D lens, this visor helps to to cutoff your light to not blind people and cars.

Install: 
This visor is tight so use soap with water before pushing visor on your headlight else it will go hard. 

Printing: 
Use 0.3mm PETG (it is more flexible than PLA) and 15-30% infill is more than enough without supports. Print from other side else it will require supports!

Modifications:
I added original Fusion 360 file, so you can edit this visor lenght and angle as you wish.

Lenses: 
If you want 2D lens instead 6D flood light on Nami Burn-E, you have to buy whole new light. I have not seen lenses to be sold separately. For example here on Aliexpress it is called as “Work Light 12V”
