Tesla Model S Toyota Logo Swap Mount

This mount allows you to swap the Tesla logo on your Model S with a Toyota logo for a unique look. The design uses the original Tesla mounting mechanism so installation is simple and fully reversible.

Required materials

• Toyota logo emblem (100mm slightly curved version available on AliExpress)
• The emblem typically comes with adhesive backing already applied
• Lighter/torch/heat gun

Installation

• Remove the original Tesla emblem: 

• Print this mount using your preferred filament (ASA, ABS or PETG recommended), use more walls around the screw holes to leave room to form the thread
• Heat up the screws from the original mount using a torch
• Screw the heated screws into the printed holes to create the thread (re-heat the screw if it gets too hard to turn)
• Attach the Toyota emblem to the printed mount using the pre-applied adhesive
• Install the mount using the original Tesla mounting points

Note: This is designed specifically for the Tesla Model S and uses a 100mm curved Toyota emblem.
