Slotted rails for M237 sys3 which will accommodate 1/8" (3mm) corrugate cardboard, plywood, or chipboard dividers. Corrugate is a nice snug fit, the 1/8" plywood I have on hand is a little looser.

Center rail has a small piece of command strip adhesive on the back surface to stabilize it, otherwise the rails are held in place once you have dividers in. Dividers are 185mm wide, 115mm tall, except the front divider, and few in the back will need to be adjusted. The front one doesn't sit on a rib, so it should be a little taller, and the rear ones need to be shorter or have a notch cut in them to clear the indent in the systainer.

I printed these upside down on a Bambu X1C with the textured PEI plate and no supports or brims were needed. The center one requires printing diagonally to fit on the bed. Used 7% grid infill, make sure to rotate to keep it 45 degrees relative to the walls for the center rail. With “Extra Draft” preset it took about 4.5 hours for the left and right printed together, and about 3 hours for the center.

Filament is Bambulab PLA basic in light gray (really good match for the Tanos/Festool light gray).

Including the STEP files and Solidworks files if anyone wants to repurpose this for other setups.
