Printed in petg, the more perimeters, the stronger it will be.
I suggest inserting m3 bolts in the round protrusions as in the photos, otherwise they may break, also you may use a bit of glue to make the whole thing non-separable…
I used m5 long threaded rods to mount everything together, and laser-cut separators from a 2.6mm plywood (1 between each of the elements and 2 from both sides, 7 in total for 4-elements battery)
Keep in mind that small inserts are not equal. The top ones are a little bigger.
I always use drill to make the holes smoother, so I advise you to do so as well. 5.5mm for 5-mm rods and 2.2mm for screwing in m3 bolts.
It's a very filament-consuming thing, 1.5kg at least. But it is very, extremely strong.
