Specialized Pizza Rack to Ortlieb Pannier QL3.1 Mounting Set

I wanted to attach a set of 16L panniers that used the Ortlieb QL3.1 Mounting System to the Specialized Pizza Rack on my bike. I was able to attach QL3.1 system, but the lower mount of of the QL3.1 system the bag too close to the disk brake (not a great situation).  This new mount attaches to the bottom mount of the QL3.1 system and moves it further away from the disk brake.  This mount should fit on all 13mm tubes, so it can be used on other systems as well.  As for the “Se Quepa” on the part, it translates to “It Fits”.

For 2 panniers you will also need (updated):

4 @ M5x30mm - optional, to replace the bolts at the top of QL3.1 system work but are just barely long enough

2 @ M5x40mm - replacement bolt for the bottom mount QL3.1 system

2 @ M5x12mm - additional bolt for the bottom mount QL3.1 system

4 @ M5 304 Stainless Steel Nylock

The .3mf has one set of the parts arranged for printing, if you want both side you just need to add another instance. 

The .gcode files are for a single instance and are setup to use the default spool/extruder.  On printers with the mmu2 this is the first filament.  If you would like to use a different filament, this can be done so with the the .3mf file.

I have also included .step files for the front and back pieces, if you wish to adapt the part to you needs.
