Hi everyone!
The original frame was, to my opinion, the most beautiful and practical frame I could find for the PiMoroni Inky Impression 7.3 eInk display. Unfortunately, when I received it, I realized that the 2025 edition PIM773 (the one with a seal on the back) was a tad bigger than the previous version (174.2 x 123.2 (W x H) vs the original version PIM667 (the one with the manta drawing on the back) sized 170.2 x 111.2 (W x H).
I made a quick remix of the original model to support the new display. Being totally noob with CAD, I used TinkerCAD and modified only the inlay. I decided to move the holders (ears?) from left and right to top and bottom because a) I think it's more stable for the display and b) If someone uses a full-size raspberry Pi 3 or 4 like I did, the left holder interfered with the USB ports. I also put an endstop so that the display is fully centered with the frame.
To insert the display into the inlay, slide the display into the ridges from the side.
Hope you like it!
