DNSYS X1: Back chain belt limiters v1

DNSYS X1 のチェーン構造の可動範囲を制限する部品です。
チェーン構造の曲がり方でケーブルに過剰な負担がかかることを防止する目的です。

またバックパックなどと調整ボタンが干渉して自動で幅が広がる事故から守る部品も設計しました。右側の角度制限部品の長さを変更したい場合はSTEPファイルを調整して出力してください。
TPUフィラメント密度１５％くらいで出力するといい感じです。

This part limits the range of motion of the DNSYS X1 chain structure. The purpose is to prevent excessive strain on the cable due to the bending of the chain structure.

We also designed a part to prevent accidents where the adjustment button interferes with a backpack or other object and the width automatically expands.

If you want to change the length of the angle limiting part on the right, adjust the STEP file and print it.

It looks good when printed with a TPU filament density of about 15%.
