I needed a way to easily house and mount a roller microswitch in a vertical orientation so it could be used as a momentary closed push button. I used 24AWG insulated solid core copper wires and soldered them to the switch's connectors. I also inserted a 22mm X 6mm X 5mm soft foam rubber block (which I cut from a kneeling pad). I them inserted the wires and slipped in the block, then the switch and glued the lid on. The soft rubber was used to hold the switch up against the bottom of the glued-on lid.
