ENDER 3 PRINHEAD -DD - V6 - BMG - DUAL5015 - 4020 - KLACKENDER

My own design for Ender 3 Pro with Klipper. I use KLACKENDER as Z probe and bed mesh.

-Direct drive extruder with BMG & E3D V6 combo, NEMA17 Pancake is enough for high speed printing. 

-Volcano hotend can be used but duct need modifying and not able to use klack probe.

What you will need : 

• Nema 17 Pancake Stepper ( 25mm Full Length )
• BMG Extruder
• E3D V6 Hotend 
• Dual 5015 Blower Fan
• 4020 Axial Fan
• M3 Bolts and Nuts
• Cable Tie ( Zip Tie )

Print : 

All parts can be printed without supports ( not best visual quality but possible )

I Used PETG ESun PETG 4 Wall-4 Top&Bottom %50 Gyroid Infill

PLA can be used for fit check but I dont recommend for final parts.
