Didn't have the fitting magnets at hand so I did a quick remix to mount the flaps utilising the existing threads around the fans.

They're exactly the same flaps as the original model, just now with the option to permanently screw them to the back plate with four M3 screws.

The magnet option is still available (20*6*2mm)

Tip: If you assembled the Core One Kit yourself, there should be four M3x6 screws left over. (at least that was the case for me) They fit perfectly and don't stick too far into the printer once mounted.

Otherwise any M3 screw between 4 and 20mm should work just fine. If in doubt make sure to check the lower screws are not interfering with the belts on the inside and none of the screws are protruding further into the enclosure than the fan itself.

Make sure to select the right model depending on the screw type you are using.

Printed in PETG. Works just fine for now.

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Re-sized the frame a bit and added some holes so that the flaps can be mounted with some M3x6 screws to the existing holes around the fans. Also moved the magnet holes as they would have interfered with the new design and I wanted to keep the option to use magnets.
