Whilst fixing a Spirit of St Louis field radio I broke one of the forks of a tone/volume knob.
I used the “guide” to cut the “forks” off, added an indent with a file so that the new part locks in place. Printed both parts seperately in PETG, the replacement fork orientated with the locking part upwards as in photo. New forks quite flexible. Use “Auto paint supports” .
I hadn't come across these red potentiomenter extenders before. They have a small screw in the base that connects to the pot on the PCB.
