Working off the great design already provided I made a few modifications to make it easier to print. I removed the text from one side. This can be printed on most printers as a single piece with the flat side to the bed. There are only two areas that need supports - the rubber band hook and one small area on one end as shown in the image from Cura. The other end has an overhang that can be done without support but feel free to add that in as well if you like. You shouldn't need supports in the middle as it is all bridging.

Notes:
I printed this with 4 walls so it was basically solid. There are some supports necessary but I used custom supports in Cura to achieve this. I don't recommend using supports everywhere as it will probably fill the center with material which would be very difficult to remove. Watch the orientation of the first layer that joins the two halves to make sure you are bridging that section and as long as you are set up decently it should bridge without a problem.
Post-PrintingUse a rubber band as shown to act as a catch to hold the balls in the tube so they won't fall out.
