Countertop connector bolt mortise template

This template is used to cut the mortise when joining two sections of contertops with connecting bolts. This template has been used with the HomeDepot HamptonBay stainless steel adjustable countertop miter bolt kit (internet # 100373044). It ideally works with a small trim/palm router and a ½" mortising bit.

Just line up the pieces, secure the jig with ¾' screw and cut away. You may need to just hit each corner once with a chisel to square them off.

I printed these in PETG, 6 walls, 50% infill triangles. They have held up very well through about a dozen uses each so far without any issues.
