7 coasters with and without rim are included, as well as a box to store them.

• Coaster thickness: 2/4 millimeters, depending on the version.
• Dimensions: 90 x 90 x 2 millimeters.
• Weight: ±10 grams each unit.

By default, each coaster has a diameter of nine millimeters, but you can adjust it in your slicer to make them a little larger.

They can be printed without AMS by adding the breaks in the layers exposed below and changing the filament, although it is easier using AMS.

They can be printed with a 0.4 mm noozle.

Two colors are needed for the coasters: orange and red.

Printing done with Bambu Lab P1S and verified using Recyled PLA from Smart Materials:

• Perimeter generator: Arachne
• Layer height: 0,2 mm
• Perimeters loops: 1
• Top layers: 1
• Bottom layers: 1
• Top layer pattern: Monotonic
• Bottom layer pattern: Monotonic
• Infill Density: 100%
• Infill pattern: Rectilinear
• Solid inner infill pattern: Monotonic
• Platform Adhesion: None

Speed:

• First Layer: 50 mm/s
• First layer infill: 105 mm/s
• Outer perimeter: 200 mm/s
• Inner perimeter: 300 mm/s
• Low dense infill: 270 mm/s
• Inner solid infill: 250 mm/s
• Top solid infill: 60 mm/s (this one is key!)

For the box:

For the box, use your default configuration for solids with a 8% infill. I recommend using cross-hatch or gyroid.

Colours swaps:

• Start with red
• At layer 6 (1,2 mm) swap to orange for the rest.
