Fast Woven Tissue Box Cover (No Supports)

Tissue box cover for square tissue boxes (4.5" x 4.5" x 5"). No supports needed. Kirkland tissue box and Overture Marble Easy PLA used for print photo. OrcaSlicer used to slice.

Print Size: 

• Dimensions: 124mm x 124mm x 132mm ~(4.88" x 4.88" x 5.20")
• Weight: ~73 grams of PLA (24.35m)

Print Settings:

• Support: None
• Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Brim: Auto (5mm, 0.1mm gap)
• Skirt: On

Orientation:

• Oval face must be on build plate.

Optional Settings:

• Bottom Surface Pattern: Hilbert Curve

Notes:

• The height of each weave is 4mm while the top and bottom are 2mm. You may be able to use other layer heights, keep in mind the width of a wall is set at 0.4mm.
• There will be sides with more drooping than others, small drooping is normal. You may be able to rotate the print so that the fan cools all sides evenly enough.
• I did not rotate the STL because doing so increases the size of the files by ~3x.
