Delta 14" Bandsaw 2" Dust Port

There are two different solutions in this set.  

• An adapter that goes from the smaller sized port that is already on the bandsaw to a shop-vac.
• A drop-in replacement for the original dust port.

Both of solutions accept two different sizes of shop vac hose: 2" and 1 7/8".  The 2" fits over the adaptor ends and the small one fits inside the adaptors.

The replacement port is printed in two pieces so that layer lines do not create a weak spot that will break.  You must superglue these two pieces together.   The insert part has a gap on one side.  See the photo for the correct alignment so it fits into your bandsaw as expected.

The replacement port requires supports in one place which is completely unsupported (see photo).  I also print it with a 5mm brim inside and outside for added stability.
