this is a new variant of the crank arm for the electric hurdy gurdy by demagnetized which uses a m4 bolt with a longer distance to the shaft in order to provide much better durability, this crank has the same leverage as the original and will accept the same handle.

it is important to note the shaft hole is sized to be threaded onto a threaded 6mm rod, it cuts its own threads so just be sure to keep it aligned when starting. if you want to use it with a smooth shaft just know that you may need to drill out or sand the hole to fit.

i did not integrate a spacer in my design as i found the original too fragile and likely to fail so i suggest printing your own or using one of the bearings you had to have purchased for the shaft.

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

this is not a modified model, its from the ground up by me but its based on the specifications of the original crank arm, mine uses a m4 bolt to lock it to the shaft, my crank threads onto a threaded shaft whereas the original part slipped on.
