Universal ERCF top mount legs for Voron (any size)

Redesigned these nice ERCF legs. There are two versions:

1. ercf_leg_universal has a through-hole, so any 2020 extrusions longer than the printer can be used. In case you have an error in extrusions length or don't want to cut them.
2. ercf_leg_with_logo was specifically designed for use on 350 machines with 500mm-long ERCF mount extrusions. Logo is the only difference from the original model.

Printed with supports on both buildplate and model surface.
