A pen made specifically for clicking. What more could anyone want! Just add an ink cartridge from a Papermate pen.  Made to be print in place. I made it with my sloppy .6mm nozzle printer in mind so it should work with most setups. I recommend 0.2mm layer height and 3 perimeters.
