I saw similiar design on a wall of some collector, so I made my own version.

It shows time the same way as regular clock does, but you have to read hours from the gear, where the minutes remains the same and are shown by the little hand poping up from the small gear.
When the arrow points up, its o’clock.
In the picture the clock shows 4 pm/am.

If ya would be having trouble reading it, let me know. But I bet you got the idea.

The gear hangs freely on top of the small gear that is inserted on minute arrow of quartz clock mechanism. You can find these everywhere on amazon, temu etc.

model is made for preferences shown on one of the pictures, but should work with every mechanism you buy. If not, just change z:x:y scale of the box.
Also if you would want smaller or bigger design, you can freely change the scale of the clock and it will still show time correctly.

no supports needed for the box but for both of the ring parts use supports bellow numbers and arrows. After that just glue both parts together and it is ready to go.

I used double-sided tape so the quartz machine holds properly in the box.

You can also change color mid-print and let the creativity out.

Hope you guys like it and let me know how you like the design.
