HDZero Goggle Inserts for Prescription Lenses

These inserts let you fit the FatShark-sized/DIY prescription lenses onto the stock HDZero faceplate!

Specifically, it takes the actual lens part of e.g. FatShark lenses. If you previously used this print of mine that takes the complete lens assembly, then you can pop the lens out and replace it with this.

Lenses should be cut to 24.5 × 17.7 mm.

It's much easier to install with the faceplate removed from the goggles.

1. Print two of them, one mirrored along the X axis, in PETG or similar with supports on the underside only. The snapfits should not need support.
2. Angle them into the faceplate, snapfit closest to the nose bridge first.
3. Push the other side down into the faceplate. It should fit home with a nice click.
4. Clean the goggle lenses and your own lenses thoroughly!
5. Snap your lenses in. Push quite hard against one side underneath the little retaining thing to give as much give as possible to get it underneath. It should also click home.
