This 3D-printed organizer is specifically designed to store up to eight YpsoPump Orbit infusion sets – stacked in the same interlocking manner as in the original packaging (see image 3 for reference).

Features:

• Holds up to 8 infusion sets, vertically stacked.
• Infusion sets are placed in an interlocking configuration, using the characteristic raised and recessed shapes from the original packaging.
• Wedge for easy removal: Inserted from the front between the bottom and second set when needed. It ensures the second set is pushed straight upward, preventing the entire stack from jamming or moving, allowing the bottom set to be removed smoothly.
• Important: When loading the dispenser, ensure that the bottom infusion set faces forward with the raised side – this is necessary for it to be removed properly.
• Compatible with IKEA Skadis – the mounting hook is built directly into the back of the dispenser, so no additional hardware is required.

Customization:

If you want to store more or fewer infusion sets, you can scale the height of the dispenser accordingly:

Each infusion set adds 2.05 cm of height.

Be sure to leave an additional 1.5 cm of clearance at the top so the top set doesn’t fall out when using the wedge.

Dieser 3D-gedruckte Organizer wurde speziell zur Aufbewahrung von bis zu acht YpsoPump Orbit Infusionssets entworfen – wie in der Originalverpackung sind sie dabei ineinandergreifend gestapelt, sodass sie kompakt und griffbereit bleiben.

Merkmale:

• Platz für bis zu 8 Infusionssets, vertikal gestapelt.
• Infusionssets werden ineinandergreifend einsortiert, mit Erhöhung und Vertiefung wie im Originalkarton.
• Keil zur Entnahmehilfe: Wird bei Bedarf von vorne zwischen das unterste und das zweite Infusionsset geschoben. Er sorgt dafür, dass das zweite Set beim Herausziehen des unteren gerade nach oben gedrückt wird, ohne dass sich die darüberliegenden Sets verkanten oder mitbewegen.
• Wichtig: Beim Befüllen darauf achten, dass das unterste Infusionsset mit der Erhöhung nach vorne eingelegt wird – nur so ist es korrekt entnehmbar.
• IKEA Skadis-kompatibel – der Befestigungshaken ist direkt auf der Rückseite des Spenders integriert. Es werden keine zusätzlichen Halterungen benötigt.

Anpassbarkeit:

Falls du mehr oder weniger Infusionssets lagern möchtest, kann die Höhe des Spenders entsprechend angepasst werden:

Die Höhe pro Set beträgt 2,05 cm – entsprechend kann der Spender in Vielfachen dieses Werts verlängert oder verkürzt werden.

Wichtig: Oben sollten ca. 1,5 cm zusätzlicher Freiraum eingeplant werden, damit beim Einführen des Keils das oberste Infusionsset nicht herausfällt.
