Insta360 X3/X4 Helmet Mount for Cookie G35(or other) Skydiving Helmet (Cut-Away Compatible)

This is the 27th and most refined version of a custom mount designed for the Insta360 X3 or X4 camera, tested in over 50 skydives. Made specifically for Cookie G35 helmets or other helmets with a cut-away system, this mount ensures both security and convenience during high-adrenaline flights.

Assembly Instructions:

Insert the thumb screw (dimensions available online) into the designated hole in the cameraReady part.

Cover it with cameraFillReady, aligning the internal space.

Attach the camerasideReady parts on both sides of the model.

Use 1x M4 screw (70 mm) to fix the entire assembly through the central holes. Place an M4 nut in the dedicated cavity on one side.

Insert 2x M3 screws (70 mm) through the side holes of both camerasideReady parts, securing with 2x M3 nuts.

The design is highly optimized but also easy to modify for other helmets or camera configurations.
