Pella Sash Lock v1

Settings: PLA or PETG; 4 Wall Loops; 100% infill; .04 nozzle w/ .32 layers

These fit my Pella windows with single Sash locks. There wasn't enough of a gap for them to fit on the Pella windows with dual Sash locks. So, you mileage may vary. I needed these to prevent my mother who has dementia from opening her bedroom windows in the middle of the night when she's supposed to be sleeping.

Simple solution, worked great for me! First model I've shared, so hopefully it works for you. I designed it using Plasticity.
