R'hllor lifted side rails

These are just some tweaked side rails for the R'hllor.
They have been modified in order to add a couple of millimeters in height and improving compatibility with more accessories, like the Silly Shell carriers.
Printing ad assembly are unchanged compared to the original ones, you can still use the same screws listed in the R'hllor's bill of materials
