Topre spring tray (snap stackable with lid)

A stackable tray for Topre conical springs so they don't get tangled. The trays slide and snap to each other, keeping it secure and compact in storage. Each tray is a 8x5 grid and can store 40 springs.

Print settings

• Material:
  • PETG recommended for a longer-lasting snap-fit.
  • PLA will work, but the snap-fit rails are likely to wear down over time which can cause the lid to loosen.
• Layer height: 0.20mm. Smaller layer heights can work as well, but the clearances were designed for 0.20mm.
• Supports: None
• Orientation:
  • The tray should be printed with the bottom on the build plate.
  • The lid should be printed with the top on the build plate to improve the surface finish. It'll print just fine in the opposite orientation though.
