Tommee Tippee diaper bins refill reduction

Úprava velikosti otvoru kartuší pro Tommee tippee plenkové koše. 

Smysl je jednoduchý, nové nálpně do košů stojí klidně 500Kč za 3 kusy. Vedle toho ale existuje prodej plastového/fóliového rukávu, který také stojí 500Kč v návinu 200m. Tedy výrazně větší množství, než zmíněné náplně.

Já jsem v minulosti koupil fóliový rukáv v návinu o šířce 200mm, což se ukázalo jako špatný rozměr pro originální kartuši. Tento model tak řeší výměnu středu původní kartuše, za střed s menším průměrem, kam jde jednoduše rukáv navinout. 

Díky mé nešikovnosti můžete na fotkách vidět i hned několik způsobů ochycení. V první řadě je třeba původní střed vyříznout. Já jsem na to použil přímočarou pilu s nástavcem na dřevo. Následně doporučuji sešroubovat nebo použít zadrhovací pásky. Nedoporučuji lepit. 

Tisknul jsme se supportem jen na spodních cca 10 vrstvách, ale není to nezbytné. 

Adjusting the cartridge opening size for Tommee Tippee diaper bins

The idea is simple: new bin refills can cost up to €20.50 for 3 pieces. Alternatively, there is a sale of plastic/film sleeves costing €20.50 for a roll of 200 meters—significantly more material than the mentioned refills.

In the past, I purchased a film sleeve with a width of 200mm, which turned out to be the wrong size for the original cartridge. This model solves the issue by replacing the core of the original cartridge with a core of a smaller diameter, where the sleeve can easily be wound.

Due to my clumsiness, you can see several ways of securing the parts in the photos. First, the original core must be cut out. I used a jigsaw with a wood attachment for this. I then recommend screwing the parts together or using zip ties. I do not recommend using glue.

I printed it with support on just the bottom ~10 layers, but this isn’t essential.
