Plastic Repair Parts for Logitech Pro X & Logitech Pro X Wireless Headsets
I figured I could adopt the design enough for heatset inserts and get something a little more robust. I also looked at the design of the original parts, and felt that they were very much optimized for injection molding, but for FDM 3D printing the features may be weak. So I went about redesigning geometries with 3D printing in mind. Putting this out there are for right-to-repair purposes & not for commercial use.
I put up pictures of these on one of my headsets, and of the parts installed on my brothers.

I typically print these in PLA with organic supports. You should be able to get a usable print without supports, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have great part cooling and print inside perimeters first.
