PiKVM case with optional OLED 128x64

Liked the PI-kvm v2 case, but had problems to fit the cables with heatsinks.

Generated a H25 Top from Malolo's case and integrated the HDMI to CSI interface from PI-kvm v2 case and an OLED 128x64 cutout from PiKVM case (LCD+ATX).

You can use any bottom case from Malolo's case.
