Wii USB C PD PSU mod

Warning this is a work in progress. I need to fix some minor details. But as of now it works.

This model is for doing a usb c mod on a nintendo wii.

I used a 12 V usb c pd trigger module like this one:

This mod requires no case trimming. But since its a pretty tight fit, i had to cut out a bit of the aluminium shield. Just print this model, insert the pd trigger module solder the wires and you are good to go. i did not even used glue.

I printed the model using tree supports. And used AWG 18 wires.

I did not test this thoroughly. Mod at your own Risk.

To dos:

1. Make the Model a little bit smaller, so no shield trimming is requirered and cable routing is easier
2. Test is changing the orientation of the trigger board results in easier soldering
3. Test if removing the the lower wall results in easier cable routing.

I used this models usbc cutout and modeled the wii specific housing around it.
