I designed this to replace a worn-out cardboard crayon box, at my wife's request. It's internally ribbed to keep each crayon in its own slot as opposed to falling over into adjacent slots. The crayons around our house fit loosely enough, but there are push-through holes in the bottom just in case a short crayon ever gets jammed down there.

Setup for .38-caliber "Jumbo" Crayons

  • Scale: 100%
  • Nozzle size: 0.4 to 1.0 mm
  • Spiral vase mode
  • Width of all extrusions: 1.2mm
  • Layer height: 0.4mm

Setup for .57-caliber "Crayola Jumbo" Crayons

  • Scale: 150% on X&Y, 130% on Z axis
  • XY Size Compensation: -0.6mm
  • Nozzle size: 0.4 to 1.0 mm
  • Spiral vase mode
  • Width of all extrusions: 1.2mm
  • Layer height: 0.35mm

Setup for .30-caliber “Regular” Crayons

  • Scale: 79%
  • Nozzle size: 0.35 to 0.85 mm
