The Tuya Zigbee thermometer I bought from AliExpress is packaged with a (rather small) mounting sticker. Once removed to change batteries the sticker has to be replaced. Also you could potentially damage the surface it was mounted on. So I needed a mounting bracket that would allow the thermometer to be easily removed from the wall.
Printed in white PLA. No supports needed if printed upright. Use double sided tape or some sort of glue to fix the mount to a wall.
I've also added the Fusion 360 files for easy modification of my model, in case you need to add screw holes or something else.
Update:
The double sided tape I had around for years had degraded a bit, I guess. My mounting brackets would all fall of within one or two weeks. I think it might be because it's a bit of a tight fit where the sides get pushed outwards, which will slightly bend the backside. Enough for the tape to lose grip. I'll maybe make an updated version with screw mounts myself. Or I'll just use some over the top strong mounting glue. But make sure the tape is still plenty strong, mine was bad.
