Tennis Racquet Grip Size Change for Yonex Ezone 100 - Pallets and Cap

These models are for changing the grip size of Yonex Ezone 100 racquets. They may work for other Yonex models, I can't say. Yonex is particularly challenging because the original pallets are fused onto the carbon fiber body (hairpin) of the racquet. I remove the originals by using a heat gun and advancing a chisel along the hairpin while heating the area I am chiseling off. 

The original pallets have two 15g weights inside them. If you want to preserve this, size 3 and above have versions with space to add these weights. I

I printed these in ABS at 15%. I used thin mounting tape to attach the pallets, then epoxy to attach the butt cap, then finally narrow crown staples to further attach the butt cap.
