A collection of Phillips screws according to ISO 724, ranging in sizes from M2 to M10, each available in lengths of 10 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm and 60 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm.

All screws have the following features:

  • Head: Pan
  • Drive: Phillips
  • Thread: Coarse

Settings:

  • Print Profile: Detailed
  • Infill: Gyroid
  • Density: 60%

 

Supports: 

  • Snug + Build Plate only

Settings for PrusaSlicer

  • Layer Height: 0.1 mm (Print Settings → Layers and Perimeters  → Layer Height) – For maximum strength and detail in the screw threads.
  • Infill: at least 40% (Print Settings → Infill → Fill Density) – Ensures strong, durable prints.
  • Support: Support on Build Plate only (Print Settings → Support Material → Support on Build Plate only) - Improves bed adhesion while still allowing the support to be removed easily.
    • Overhang Threshold: 30° (Print Settings → Support Material → Overhang Threshold)  
    • First Layer Density: 15% (Print Settings → Support Material → First Layer Density)
  • Extrusion Multiplier: 0.93 (Filaments → Filament) – Prevents threads from being too tight.
  • Max Print Speed: 100 mm/s (Print Settings → Speed → Auto Speed (advanced)) – Improves results with fine threads.
  • Fill Pattern: Gyroid (Print Settings → Infill) – Provides strength in all directions, prints efficiently, and saves material.
