40mm Arcade Joystick Ball Top (Fits Sanwa JLF/JLX)

This is a 40mm diameter, 37mm height joystick ball top designed for arcade sticks and custom fighting controllers.

Features:

• Compatible with Sanwa Denshi JLF and JLX series joystick shafts
• Standard ball shape for arcade lever tops
• Ergonomic size for comfortable grip
• Easy-to-print design (optimized for FDM)

Shaft hole specification:

• M6 diameter (approx. 6mm)
• 12mm depth
• Designed for direct fit onto Sanwa JLF/JLX shafts
  (Tapping may be required depending on print precision.)

Additional Tips:

• You can control the weight by adjusting the infill density.
  When using PLA filament, the finished weight can vary between approximately 5g to 35g depending on settings.
• If you want to reinforce the shaft hole area for better durability, it is recommended to add a modifier mesh or a similar technique in your slicer settings.
• The bottom edge may feel slightly sharp after printing; a light sanding will make it smoother and more comfortable to hold.
• Printing with a 0.2mm nozzle is recommended for smoother surface finish on the sphere.
  However, using a 0.4mm nozzle results in a rougher texture, which may improve grip. Choose based on your preference.
• If the seam (layer start point) bothers you when holding the ball top, try adjusting your slicer’s seam settings (such as "Seam Position" or "Randomize Seam") for better results.
