Cart wheels & TPU tires

To convert a home organizer to a mini cart, I needed to add small wheels. I found Pavol's work here and redesigned to make it half a size while still housing 608 bearings in it. This wheel is 70mm (~2.8 inch) in diameter so it can roll around anywhere including carpet.   

I used PETG for wheels and 95A TPU for tires. Adjust number of top and bottom layers for tires if you want them to be softer in the print profile. 

Reduced to 50% size while still using a 608 size bearing. 

This wheel now has 8 spokes instead of 7.
