Core One fan duct with 90° angle to the left or right side.

Inner geometry is bend / round for better airflow, outside is flat on one side so it can be put on the print bed for minimal supports needed.

Easy print with petg, takes about 360g of filament and 9 hours of print time on the Core One. Petg works for me, since the temps dont get that high. ASA would be better I guess.

Dimensions are 102mm in depth (space behind the printer needed), 254mm long and 89 mm tall.

Recommended print settings: 6 perimeters, 0.2 mm layer height, 10-15% infill. 6 top and bottom layers. 8 mm brim, organic supports like shown in the pictures.

I reduced the speed settings to about 150mm/s for outer perimeters and 200 for perimeters and infill (petg).

Can be attached to the printer with 4 M3 screws (cylinder head, I used spare ones from old printer kits) on the existing threads.

Outer diameter is 80 mm, if you want to attach a hose. I made it for me only to redirect airflow.

If there is need for different diameters, let me know.
