Melissa and Doug Train Puzzle Gear Piece

Missing one of those pesky gears from the Melissa and Doug Train Puzzle? I've reverse eng'd the dims to print new one!

They seem to walk away easily. If you’re a parent and you’ve been trying to hide this toy, you know it’s rarely together with all the original gears 😂

 Of course, I've set this up to be 3d printing friendly, however, supports are required underneath the gear to allow the middle cylinder to sit proud 1.5mm and let the gear spin freely. I painted supports on the large flat bottom section and the flats within the middle cylinder. 

Printed in PLA on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini. 0.18layer height, 0.6nozzle (.4 or .2 would be better), 3 walls, zhop 0.4, 25% triangles infill for better top surface quality. I'd be curious to try PETG HF on this for smoother layer lines. 

Bambu Lab PLA Matte 11200 seems to be a good match for the red.
