I needed a way to keep a piece of wood from moving on top of a wire shelf. So I designed a little block that would wedge in between the wires on the wire shelf. When screwed to the board above, the board would not be able to move. If you print at least two of these and screw the stopblock into the wood above, voila! The wood doesn't move around on the wire shelf.
I printed these using PETG at .28 Draft (using a .4 CHF nozzle) with 15% gyroid infill. Could you get away with PLA? Probably. I designed this to use #6 flat head screws, use whatever length works for you.
