The 3/4" cable version was made by request and I am not 100% sure what charger it was for and had limited follow-up I am tempted to just take it off, for the moment I am pointing people to description. It has a large profile and cable cutout.
Simple 3 part gas handle for tesla inspired by some similar products being sold on Etsy.
Goal was to make it a simple and easy print, Its two halfs that snap around the fake valve trigger. The cable can be zip tied to better hold the place of the actual. charger.
Currently this is for Tesla Mobile Connector as well as Wall Connector v3 (thanks @ronmis on cults3D for testing+photos) . If you have a different charger contact me and I may be able to make something work. The photos of the red handle are his.
There are 3 files to be printed a front, back, and a trigger portion. The trigger portion dovetails in and you zip tie the cable to better hold the charger in place. The two halfs snap around and hold it together. See the pictures.
To unsnap you can shift around the connector end to easily get it started.
If you want to print with emblem with MMU change the filament of corresponding parts in your slicing software.
I printed with .4 mm nozzle .2 mm layer height out of Prusament PETG, ultramarine blue, galaxy black, and galaxy silver.
I would recommend 4 shells, to strengthen the snap fits. and also a brim to ensure handle portion doesn't warp.
Orient on flat faces.
